Data centre infrastructure
Power, cooling, racks and white-space equipment for new builds and retrofits.
We supply the physical infrastructure that keeps compute running: medium- and low-voltage switchgear, UPS systems, generators, busway and intelligent PDUs; precision air cooling, rear-door heat exchangers, coolant distribution units and chillers; and racks, containment, structured cabling and fire suppression. Equipment is selected to support the target design standard, whether a Tier III concurrently maintainable topology or an N+1 edge facility, and to suit Gulf conditions where heat and dust affect cooling efficiency.
Many operators are now retrofitting halls designed for 5 to 10 kW racks to host AI loads several times denser. We help plan that transition by sourcing liquid-cooling distribution, upgraded power trains and DCIM monitoring that integrate with what is already installed. We coordinate factory acceptance tests, consolidate shipments from multiple manufacturers, handle customs clearance and time deliveries to the contractor's programme, so long-lead generators and switchgear do not hold up commissioning.
Benefits
Design-standard alignment
Equipment topology is matched to the redundancy level your design targets, from N+1 to 2N.
Climate-appropriate selection
Cooling and filtration are specified for high ambient temperatures and airborne dust.
Retrofit without rebuild
Liquid-cooling and power upgrades are chosen to integrate with existing plant and monitoring.
Programme-aware logistics
Long-lead items are ordered early and delivered in step with the installation schedule.

Case study
Illustrative scenarioA GCC colocation operator, United Arab Emirates
- Challenges
- A tenant required liquid-cooled AI racks in a hall built for air-cooled enterprise loads, and the operator could not take the hall offline.
- Relevant services
- We sourced coolant distribution units, rear-door heat exchangers and upgraded busway, coordinated factory tests and delivered in phases matched to the contractor's out-of-hours work.
- Outcome
- The hall was converted bay by bay while existing tenants stayed live, and the operator now offers high-density space alongside standard colocation.
Frequently asked questions
Do you design data centres?
We are a supply and procurement partner. We work with your design consultant or contractor, translate their specifications into compliant equipment selections, and can introduce design partners where needed.
Can you consolidate equipment from different manufacturers?
Yes. We consolidate at origin or in Qatar Free Zone, prepare a single packing list and customs file, and deliver to site in the order of installation.
How are warranties handled for site-installed plant?
Where the manufacturer allows, warranty starts at commissioning rather than shipment. We record serial numbers against the as-built documentation and coordinate manufacturer start-up services.
