Global trading and logistics
We import, export and re-export technology from Qatar Free Zones. Our team handles classification, licensing, freight, customs and delivery, under contracts written on Incoterms 2020.

Trade flows
Import
We import equipment into Qatar for local institutions. We obtain quotations from authorised channels, book freight, prepare the customs declaration with the correct HS code and deliver duty-paid to site, or hand over at the agreed point.
Export
We export from Qatar to clients abroad. We confirm export-control and sanctions requirements for the destination, prepare commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin, and arrange carriage to the agreed Incoterm.
Re-export
Goods can be received, stored and consolidated in Qatar Free Zones and re-exported without entering the Qatari customs territory. This lets us combine shipments from several manufacturers into one delivery while keeping the original licensing and end-user conditions intact.

Compliance programmes
Export control
We classify items before quoting. US-origin items, and foreign items with controlled US content, may fall under the Export Administration Regulations and carry an Export Control Classification Number (ECCN); advanced computing items such as certain GPUs are controlled under ECCNs 3A090 and 4A090. EU-origin dual-use items are governed by Regulation (EU) 2021/821. Where a licence is required, we do not ship until it is granted.
Sanctions screening
Every customer, consignee, end user, bank and intermediary is screened against the UN Security Council consolidated list, the US OFAC lists, the EU consolidated list and the UK sanctions list. We also check destinations and ownership. A potential match stops the transaction until it is resolved.
End-user certificates
For controlled or sensitive items, we obtain a signed end-user and end-use certificate stating who will use the goods, for what purpose and where. We pass these to manufacturers and authorities as required and do not permit diversion or onward transfer without approval.
Customs and HS classification
Each item is classified under the Harmonized System so that duties, restrictions and statistics are correct. Declarations in Qatar are filed through Al Nadeeb, the customs single window of the General Authority of Customs, with commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
Anti-bribery
We do not offer, pay, request or accept bribes or facilitation payments, directly or through third parties. We comply with Qatar's anti-corruption laws and, where they apply, the UK Bribery Act 2010 and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Agents and intermediaries are vetted and bound by written anti-bribery terms.
